Delivery and Return policy
Delivery
We deliver to all countries. Delivery time after the dispatching of the order within Europe is 3-7 working days and to outside Europe 4-10 working days.
You receive an order confirmation and tracking information by email. You can use this information to check the shipping status of your purchase.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery country. The delivery cost depends on your country, the size and the weight of the package. Current shipping costs for a normal size package are the following: Finland: 8€, EU: 15€, Europe outside EU: 25€, rest of the world 35€. Shipping is calculated and displayed in the checkout after the delivery address has been given.

Currently, we offer Posti Economy service Delivery. For most of Europe delivery will happen within 3-5 workdays. If you wish you can propose your own shipping method. Contact us for the information.
Return
We offer you a 14-day money-back guarantee. You will receive a full refund when we have received the returned unused product. The costs of the returns are at the expense of the customer.
Second-hand products can not be returned.
Made-to-order products that have been made out of customers measures can not be returned nor cancelled, we only guarantee de fitting.
